Verity's Pet Services was set up back in January 2015, I set this business up as I have a love for animals but not for one type of pet but for a range of animals. I wanted to be able to help pet owners and to enjoy what I do and keep gaining experience.

I started off small and now the business has grown so well from the professional, trustworthy service we provide. Me and Tony (My father) run it together and we together have about 50 years of animal experience from our own pets to my college courses to running this business for over 9 years.

I've been qualified for 15 years and had plenty of hands on experience with a range of animals in the college and from work experiences. I offer an extensive range of services for all loved pets.

I am fully qualified in:

    *BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Animal Care (July 2011)                       

    *BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Animal Management (July 2013)

    *Agored Level 2 in Dog Grooming (March 2017)

    *Agored Level 3 in Dog Grooming (July 2017)

    *CPD Dog First Aid Emergency Canine Care (June 2018)

I have a basic Knowledge of first aid but will be doing a course in 2018 for a certificate which is valid for 3 years.

 

There is me and my dad 'Tony' in this business together, Tony is an animal lover just like me and loves seeing to the dogs and they all love him! He is involved in the Dog Walking, Doggy Daycare, Dog Boarding and pick ups in the van. Together we have a combined experience of 55 years plus.

 

We have four dogs Maisie who's a 9 year old Tri Border Collie. Charlie, Aliya & Heidi are Maisie's kids who are 5 years old now. We have had German Shepherds in the pass and from pictures we lost of lovely Jack a few years ago to old age. We have had our own cats as well, plus 18 Years experience in looking after my own rabbits.

2022-2023 was a big change, I had to pull back a bit as I welcomed my 1st Child a beautiful baby boy Leo who's now 18 months old. You can imagine I have had to slowly go back into things since having my boy. So 2024 is a new year and back into full swing and back to opening my books for new clients and brought back my pet visit service too. 

​

 Whilst we are looking after your pet/s they will treated with the love and care we show our pets.  They will have lots of fun on walks and plenty of fun for play time.  We hope to build a strong relationship with you our clients and your lovely pet/s.
